Intro to Barbecue
Intro to Barbecue is a planned optional elective course. It will provide an overview of outdoor smoker basics with a competent adult in control of all fire, heat, and fuel.
Safety Notice
Outdoor cooking with a smoker involves fire and heat. Any future elective lesson will require a competent adult to control all ignition, fuel, and hot equipment. Smokers must be used outdoors in a well-ventilated area away from combustibles, per the manufacturer's manual and local restrictions. This course outline is not an operating procedure.
