Barbecue Like a Pro
Barbecue Like a Pro is a planned optional elective course. It builds on the Intro to Barbecue course with practiced techniques and food safety.
Safety Notice
Outdoor cooking with a smoker involves fire and heat. Any future elective lesson will require a competent adult to control all ignition, fuel, and hot equipment. Smokers must be used outdoors in a well-ventilated area away from combustibles, per the manufacturer's manual and local restrictions. This course outline is not an operating procedure.
